Little Olympics Playdate and Big Boys Playing

Some of the proactive moms at church put together a Little Olympics Playdate for the kids. It was so fun. They had an opening ceremonies march of different countries, several games, coloring an Olympic Rings flag, eating cupcakes, and getting honored at a medals ceremony.

Not all our friends know that Rich is in a punk band. The band consists of 5 men from church and Rich plays bass guitar. Being in a band has been a highlight for him this year, for the music and the friendships. This is one of their first gigs.

Wives and fans: Kim, Alyce, Ketsy, Annie, and me. Out of the picture is Eva and Tracy. Kim made us all laugh at the end of the show when she confessed, "I'm so glad they're good!"
